If you find that you're unhappy with an item you've purchased from us, we have a hassle-free returns policy to make everything right for you. Simply contact usand we can sort everything out. Please note that no credits or refunds can be given without first speaking to us and return the goods.

When you place an order online at Plane Play, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order on its journey to your doorstep. Check our shipping page for delivery time estimates, or if you think there might be an issue, feel free to contact us.

You can pay securely at Plane Play using either Paypal or a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If your using a Google and Apple device we also allow the use of either Google Pay or Apple Pay too. 

Plane Play also offers POLi, Direct Depost and Cash on Pickup.

POLi is very similar to a direct deposit. However it is an assisted payment method that uses automation technology, further, it offers instant validation for Plane Play.

Use POLi to pay using you transaction/savings account, get instant validation and we ship your order quicker. 

Yes. Plane Play has enabled Direct Deposit for your orders.

Yes. If you live in Melbourne metro and wish to collect your order, you can elect to use cash on pickup payment option.

Plan Play offers this to our Melbourne Metro only customers in conjunction with our free local pickup in South Kingsville, 3015

Free local pick up is available during the weekdays from 5pm to 9pm and on weekends from South Kingsville, Victoria. Please select this option when finalising the purchase.

The Plane Play family will be in contact with you to arrange a mutual pick up time. Should you require a quick pick up please contact us prior to making a purchase and we will endeavor to meet your needs where possible.

NOTE:

• We request pickups occur within 5 days of order, failure to collect your item within this time may mean your order is cancelled. 
  

Sometimes we offer special promotions or discounts that can be redeemed with a coupon. To redeem, simply enter your coupon in the relevant field in the checkout section and click 'apply code', simple as that.
