Purchase Information
Currency: All currency is quoted in AUD. The cost of the individual item does not include delivery. Delivery is additional.
Taxes: Where applicable GST is included in the price listed.
Payment Methods: Plane Play accepts Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Shopify, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, POLi, Direct Deposit and Cash on Pickup (for those in metro Melbourne) so we are sure we have you covered. DD/POLi is Plane Play preferred.
Transaction Processing Fees: Plane Play incurs fees and charges from payment gateway providers in order to process your transaction, Plane Play reserves the right to pass these on within the law per https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/prices-surcharges-receipts/credit-debit-prepaid-card-surcharges.

Free local pick up
Free local pick up is available during the weekdays from 5pm to 9pm and on weekends from South Kingsville, Victoria. Please select this option when finalising the purchase.
The Plane Play family will be in contact with you to arrange a mutual pick up time. Should you require a quick pick up please contact us prior to making a purchase and we will endeavor to meet your needs where possible.
Shipping
Your parcel will be shipped either the same day or the next business day.
Shipping cost: A flat rate is calculated at checkout depending on location. Shipping is not available outside of Australia other then the United States of America. Plane Play reserves the right to amend rates.
Correct Address: Please review and ensure the delivery address and email address you have entered is correct at the time of placing the order. If you enter incorrect delivery information Plane Play is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at the expense of Plane Play.
PO Box: Plane Play typically uses a courier service for delivery, as thus we currently do not accept delivery to PO Boxes.
Signature Required: Signature on delivery is required in most cases, thus, if you're not home your parcel may be left at one of over 1400 newsagents, convenience stores, independent supermarkets & service stations close to your delivery address for collection.
Authority to Leave: If you like, you may request authority to leave for delivery and our courier will leave at your designated point. Items with authority to leave for delivery will be deemed delivered and Plane Play (including our courier services) is not responsible for any damage or theft.
Dispatch: Majority of orders will be sent the next business day if placed before 4pm otherwise the order may be sent the following business day.
Delivery Estimate: Typically most deliveries in most metro regions are within 2 business days
